Josefina Hernandez is a visual artist from Bogota, Colombia who specializes in papercut pieces.
Her work explores the relationships we have with the spaces we inhabit, as well as the interaction between man-made objects and the natural world. Josefina's process is largely intuitive delicately balancing the positive and negative space in her compositions. Her works acts as a conversation between the areas that are removed and what remains.
Josefina currently lives in New York with her husband where she works as a freelance illustrator and artist.
You can contact her for commissions and custom pieces.
